Job Summary:
The Business Partner Manager, Eastern EMEA & Middle East is a high-impact commercial role responsible for accelerating Vave Health’s growth through the recruitment, development, enablement, and performance management of business partners across Eastern Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Gulf, broader Middle East and African markets. This is a remote role with direct responsibility for driving distributor-led revenue,expanding market coverage, and ensuring disciplined execution against regional business objectives.
This individual will serve as Vave’s front-line representative across the assigned geography and will be expected to build strong relationships with distribution partners, key customers, and internal stakeholders while maintaining a high level of commercial rigor. The rol ecarries a minimum quota requirement and a defined set of partner engagement expectations, including recurring business reviews, pipeline reviews, field activity, training support, and market development execution.
The ideal candidate brings seven or more years of business partner management experience in the medical device space, prove nsales success, strong contracting capability, and meaningful medical ultrasound sales, marketing, and/or clinical experience. Success in this role will require leadership, accountability, urgency, excellent communication in English, additional language capability, and the ability to travel internationally without restriction and on short notice.
Responsibilities:
Regional Partner Strategy & Revenue Growth
-Develop and execute the business partner strategy for Eastern EMEA, the Middle East and Africa in alignment with Vave Health’s international commercial objectives.
-Identify, evaluate, recruit, onboard, and activate high-potential distribution partners and other strategic commercial relationships across assigned markets.
-Own and achieve assigned minimum quota expectations for the region through disciplined partner management, opportunity development, and market expansion.
-Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of partner-driven opportunities with accurate forecasting, clear next steps, andstrong commercial follow-through.
-Drive partner-led growth in priority segments including emergency medicine, critical care, hospital systems, ambulatory care, education, and other strategic markets as directed.
Partner Management & Engagement Expectations
-Maintain a defined minimum level of partner engagement activity, including regular business reviews, forecast calls, field visits, training sessions, and strategic account planning discussions.
-Lead recurring operating reviews with partners toassess pipeline quality, commercial progress, competitive positioning, regulatory needs, and execution gaps.
-Ensure partners remain aligned to Vave’s commercial priorities, pricing strategy, brand standards, customer targeting focus, and reporting requirements.
-Support partner field activity with customer meetings, product demonstrations, workshops, ride-alongs, and executive engagement where needed to accelerate and close end customer deal movement.
-Hold partners accountable to agreed commitments ,including revenue targets, minimum purchases, activity standards, launch milestones, and development plans.
Contracting,Commercial Execution & Cross-Functional Leadership
-Support the negotiation, redlining, execution, and ongoing administration of distribution agreements, commercial contracts, pricing frameworks, partner tartget agreements and related business documentation.
-Work closely with leadership, legal, marketing, clinical, operations, service, and regulatory teams to support successful launches and sustained in-market execution.
-Provide practical market intelligence on competitors, pricing, channel activity, reimbursement, customer needs, and regional trends to strengthen Vave’s go-to-market strategy.
-Represent Vave Health professionally at conferences, trade shows, customer meetings, partner meetings, and other regional commercial events.
-Maintain strong communication discipline, responsiveness, and professionalism across a culturally diverse set ofstakeholders and markets.

Qualifications:
Required
-Bachelor’s degreerequired.
-Minimum of 7+years of business partner management, distributor management, channel management, sales, or related commercial experience in the medical device industry.
-Proven sales success in the medical device space, including a track record of meeting or exceeding quota.
-Medical ultrasound sales, marketing, and/or clinical experience required.
-Demonstrated experience negotiating, reviewing, and managing commercial contracts and distribution agreements.
-Existing relationships or direct experience within Eastern European and Middle Eastern medical device markets.
-Candidates must be currently based within Eastern EMEA or the Middle East and have established professional presence and business networks within the region.
-Candidate must have current and unrestricted authorization to work in their country of residence and within the assigned territory. Vave Health will not provide visa sponsorship, relocation support, or work authorization assistance for this role.
-Strong written and verbal communication skills in English required; additional language capabilities relevant to Eastern EMEA and the Middle East strongly preferred (e.g., Arabic, Turkish, Eastern European languages).
-Ability to communicate effectively across cultures and with executives, distributors, clinicians, procurement leaders, and internal cross-functional teams.
-Must be able to travel internationally immediately and without restrictions.
-Willingness and ability to travel extensively throughout Eastern EMEA and the Middle East based on business need.
-Willingness to travel in hostile environments as required to get the job done.
-Highly accountable, self-motivated, organized, and capable of operating effectively in a fast-paced growth environment.
Preferred
-Experience working in startup, scale-up, or distributor-led international commercial models.
-Experience supporting partner training, sales enablement, and market development activities in emerging and growth markets.
Compensation:
-Base Salary: Commensurate with experience, geographi clocation, and market requirements.
-Variable Compensation: Eligible for performance-based incentive compensation tied to quota achievement and other role-specific objectives.
-Additional Compensation: Any applicable allowances or supplemental compensation will be provided in accordance with company policy and role requirements.
