We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to support business development efforts across designated European markets. This is a fully remote position based in Eastern Europe.
The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, engaging prospective customers, understanding clinical and commercial needs, and supporting a seamless sales process. The role requires strong communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with regional and global sales teams to drive revenue growth and expand Vave Health’s presence in the assigned territory.
• Generate leads through outbound calls, email campaigns, digital outreach, and market research
• Qualify inbound and outbound prospects to identify clinical and commercial needs
• Present product value propositions and solutions to prospective customers
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
• Collaborate with field sales and leadership teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets
• Conduct consistent follow-up to build long-term customer relationships
• Support the development and execution of regional sales strategies
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback
• Ensure compliance with company policies, including data protection and confidentiality requirements
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support commercial growth
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
• 3–5 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
• Experience in medical devices, healthcare technology, or life sciences (preferred)
• Fluency in English (required)
• Fluency in at least one European language strongly preferred (e.g., German, French, Polish, Czech, Hungarian, Romanian, Bulgarian, Slovak, etc.)
• Proven success in managing assigned territories and achieving sales targets
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a dynamic, high-growth environment
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Startup or high-growth company experience (preferred)
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of residence
